官方信件內(nèi)容大意為，「你的帳號已被停權(quán)。使用任何第三方軟體或應(yīng)用程式，包含腳本、APP、偽造自己的位置、模擬器、修改或非官方的軟體應(yīng)用及透過非官方授權(quán)的方法讀取Pokemon Go后臺等行為將被視為作弊。如果你認(rèn)為帳號遭封鎖是錯誤的決定，你可以填寫表格給我們。如果你沒有收到任何回覆，就代表你的帳號被永久停權(quán)?！?/p>

也就是說，如果帳號遭到停權(quán)會收到官方信件；若玩家認(rèn)為自己是被冤枉的，也有申訴機(jī)會，只是不一定能得到回覆。而根據(jù)信件內(nèi)容，可知目前各網(wǎng)站透過登入游戲帳號查詢「寶可夢IV」，極有可能被判定是作弊行為。

Use of any other third-party software or app, including but not limited to scripts/apps, applications used to falsify your location, emulators, modified or unofficial software, and/or accessing Pokémon GO clients or backends in an unauthorized manner is considered cheating.

If you believe your account has been terminated in error, you may fill out this form. Please consider your account permanently terminated unless we reply back to your appeal.
